1. How could I select the jumper of CD/DVD device when assemble the Duplicator ?
A. For CD Dupe 1:1 please select the jumper of CD-ROM = Master, CD-RW = Slave For EXT CD1:3/1:5/1:7 please select the jumper of CD-ROM = Slave, CD-RW = Slave (If select with HDD, please select the jumper of CD-ROM = Slave, HDD= Master, CD-RW = Slave ) For EXT DVD 1:1/1:3/1:5/1:7 please select the jumper of CD/DVD-ROM = Slave, CD/DVD RW = Slave (If select with HDD, please select the jumper of CD/DVD-ROM = Slave, HDD= Master, CD/DVD RW = Slave )

2. My Duplicator can't not burn the CD/DVD, Why?
A. The source CD/DVD Disc might have protection, the Discs are in bad condition, CD/DVD device s are defective. The power supplier, ATA cable or controllers are in problems. Can't make back up for the DVD movie with CSS code. Please choose the function "8. select source" to select source to CD/DVD ROM or HDD

3. How do I assemble the HDD to CD/DVD Duplicator?
A. The HDD only can assemble to EXT CD/DVD 1:3/1:5/1:7, the HDD must be format, the HDD partition for EXT CD 1:3/1:5/1:7 must be at least 1GB and for each partition will be 1GB. [ie. 20GB = 19 partition(s)]. For EXT DVD 1:3/1:5/1:7 must be at least 5GB and for each partition will be 5GB. [ie. 20GB = 4 partition(s)].

4. My CD/DVD devices are phased out in the market, Can I upgrade my CD/DVD controllers to use newest CD/DVD devices?
A. Please click the support to down load all the correct model of CD/DVD controller's firmware and just burn the firmware to CD, then take the firmware CD to upgrade the firmware via CD/DVD ROM.

5. Lost the USB CD Deriver, How could I do?
